  • ​Low Season (Apr 24-Jun 23; Oct 9-Dec 22; Jan 8- Mar 31): Cancellations received 8-21 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges. Cancellations received 0-7 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 100% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges. 
  • High Season (Apr 1-23; Jul 17-Sep 15): Cancellations received 22-45 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges. Cancellations received 0-21 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 100% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges. 
  • Peak Season (Jun 24-Jul 16; Sep 16-Oct 8; Dec 23-Jan 7): Cancellations received 46-60 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges. Cancellations received 0-45 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 100% of total booking value, inclusive of all taxes and charges.
